General introdution
JCZ Series Brakes are used as operational elements of MZS1 Series Braking Electromagnets, and used for mechanical braking in the equipment of the lifting, travelling crane, windlass and so on.

Structure and action brief introduction:
1. JCZ Series AC Brakes are mechanical braking devices, which can stop the gyration machine by friction. The corresponding brake moment can be operated by the electromagnet and its number can be adjusted by the spring.

2. The brake is mainly made of base, brace , brake boot, adjust rod and spring. The axle pins connect the brake boot with brace, and also connect the brace with base. And the main spring is installed on the top of the brace.

3. The electromagnet is installed on the side of adjust rod, and when it is electrified, it will bring adjust rod to compress the main spring. At this time, the two pieces of brake boots will open and the gyration machine will be in normal operation. When the electromagnet is electrified to bring the adjust rod move toward the right-about, the spring pressure of the main spring will press tightly the brake boots on the braking wheel to make the machine stop operation.

4. The material of the working surface of braking brake boot is the asbestos-braking material.

5. This kind of brake does not equip the electromagnet. The customers shall buy the electromagnet additional according to the type.
